# Staff Applications ## The Perfect Application Whilst the perfect application may not exist, there are several things you can do to stand out. 1. Put some effort in! We receive a lot of applications, so making sure your answers are more than a few words helps you stand out. 2. Your playtime matters. Players that have only been on the server for a few hours will stand a lot less of a chance than someone who has played for several months. 3. Do not ask about your staff application.
